Agreement to Terms

By engaging MetricSpire LLC's interior design services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

MetricSpire LLC provides interior design and related consulting services including, but not limited to, residential design, commercial design, space planning, renovation consulting, furniture curation, and staging and styling. The specific scope of services for each project will be outlined in a separate written proposal or service agreement reviewed and signed by both parties.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their space, needs, and budget
• Review and approve mood boards and design plans in a timely manner
• Grant reasonable access to the property for assessments and installations
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and related materials created by MetricSpire LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, clients receive a license to use the design deliverables for the agreed project scope.

Limitation of Liability

MetricSpire LLC's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or supply chain disruptions outside our control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lee County, Mississippi.
