Refund Policy

Overview
MetricSpire LLC is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or credits may be issued for our interior design services. Because our services involve significant design labor, consultation time, and third-party procurement, refund eligibility varies by project stage.
Discovery & Consultation Fees
Initial discovery calls and site assessments are offered at no charge. If a paid consultation has been conducted and no further engagement occurs, the consultation fee is non-refundable as it represents time and expertise already delivered.
Design Retainer & Project Deposits
All project deposits and design retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel a project before design work begins, you may receive a partial refund of your deposit less any administrative costs incurred. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@metricspire.com.
Furniture & Procurement Orders
Once procurement orders have been placed with vendors on your behalf, those orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable, as vendor terms apply. MetricSpire LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests before orders are placed. Any vendor-imposed restocking fees or return costs will be passed to the client.
Staging Services
Staging cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled staging date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7 days of the staging date will forfeit the deposit due to furniture reservation and transportation costs already committed.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us first. MetricSpire LLC will make good-faith efforts to address any concerns and, where appropriate, issue credit toward future services. We prefer to resolve all concerns directly and amicably before any formal dispute process.
